Process

Show us websites you like

Our process starts very simply,we like to get to know our clients! Before designing your site we have to understand your business, your target audience and your preferences. We ask questions, in order to have a complete understanding of your project′s requirements. If you're interested in a website design, show us websites you were impressed with, websites you hated etc. The more the better, of course without losing focus of the main objective.
Our goal is to be as creative with your project as we can, by sharing with us some of the sites you like, it will help us deliver the best possible results. **Realtors® should have a look at our
Residential Photography and Virtual Tours, if you or your client has any specific requests before the photo session, just let us know.

Prepare the material

While it's possible and sometimes necessary to add items during the creation of your project, it is best to have the complete information at the beginning. The most common material for website design is text, pictures if you're a Realtor®, Photographer or anyone who wishes to have particular images on their website. If you would like images to be part of your website but you don't have any available, we offer professional photography for an additional fee.
Please note that in case a particular page is finished and approved, and the client wishes to change the text or images he/she provided us with, we do reserve the right to charge extra, as it is considered page editing, and not page creation. If however, the changes are not extensive, we will generally not even bring up the matter of extra costs. Either way, the client is always informed in advance.
Our goal is to keep a mutual positive feeling during the entire process, as well as upon project completion, which helps to explain why many of our clients are repeat customers and referrals.

Web Design - Process

The first step is the creation of a draft/sketch for your Web Design. Typically we create 2-3 drafts, so that the client has a decent variety to choose from. The client then either selects a certain draft as it is, or requests changes.
This is done until the client is completely satisfied. Upon approval, we will begin with the creation of the first page.
If he/she has any minor changes, those are made. After the final confirmation of the design, we proceed with the remaining pages. When the project has been completed, the client will be notified and asked to review his/her entire web site, and comment on it. When completely satisfied the client makes the final payment. The final step is to upload the entire site to the clients server. We will then test the web site one final time to make sure everything is working as expected.

Real Estate Photography - Process

We arrive at the listing on time...treat our client exactly the way you or I would expect to be treated, with courtesy and professionalism. We photograph the entire home, inside and out, we also create the Virtual Tour images if requested. All final pictures are color corrected as needed to ensure top quality. When the job is completed, the final images are emailed to you. As part of our session we'll also upload to the MLS®

Negotiations - Pricing

We understand that for some clients negotiations are considered part of the process, and we do try to comply. However, we wish to also explain our standpoint and way of doing things.
As soon as we have enough information about your project, we will quote you our price, for Real Estate Photography and Virtual Tours,it is usually a flat fee. We strongly believe that our prices are fair. We are aware that there are many photographers and web designers wh may offer cheaper services, however, cost is not the only relevant issue, and in that sense our prices are more than competitive. Having said that, as our client, you can be confident that the prices we quote you at the beginning of a project is the most you will pay, guaranteed, as long as you don't significantly modify the original project outline or photo session.

Payment and policies

For Web Design, once the project is agreed upon our clients will be given a written proposal, at that time a 25% non refundable deposit is required to start the design process. This is considered the official project confirmation and acceptance of our general terms. The balance is either paid upon completion, or with large projects, in milestones. All files are delivered to the client as soon as the final payment has been made. Once your site is finished and completely paid for, it's all yours. For Real Estate Photography, Realtors® are asked to pay when the project has been uploaded to MLS®. Once paid for, we will email you 640 x 480 copies of the completed photo session.
