** Our clients often have questions about our business and some of the services we provide. We've taken some of the more common questions and put them here. If there are things you need to know that are not covered here, please contact us.

When we hire you as our residential photographer, what can we expect?

After your approval, we call your client and set up an appointment at their earliest convenience. Once the appointment is scheduled, we arrive on time and treat your client with courtesy and professionalism throughout the process. Our Residential photographers are bonded and insured. We provide outstanding photographic coverage of the interior and exterior of the property. If requested, we can also take images for 180° and 360° Virtual Tours, we then upload your tours to Realtor.com(*for non showcase members a small fee applies). You can expect to receive copies of all finished photos at 640 x 480 by e-mail. The final interior and exterior photos are resized and uploaded to MLS.

Do you only photograph "high end" homes?

We photograph all types of properties, including acreage and rentals.

My client would like you to re-shoot some pictures, do you charge extra?

Usually not, as long as your requests are reasonable.

How much do you charge for professional website design?

It is very difficult for us to make an intelligent quote without first knowing more about your project. As soon as we have enough information about your project, we'll quote you our price. We strongly believe that our prices are fair. We are aware that there are many Photographers and Web Designers offering cheaper services, however, cost is not the only relevant issue, and in that sense our prices are more than competitive. Having said that, as our client, you can be confident that the prices we quote you at the beginning of a project is the most you will pay, guaranteed, as long as you don't significantly modify the original project outline.

We have a company logo but we don't have the original artwork, can you recreate it?

Yes, if you have pictures of your original logo on letterhead or a business card, our designers can usually work with that.

We looked at your Website Design section, we liked what we saw but we want our site to be unique, will it be?

That is an excellent question! The answer is yes! We follow a specific process with each client, after meeting with you and understanding more about your business, we're able to design a site specific to your unique demands. We also encourage our clients to show us other sites they like!

We would like a "Virtual Tour to help market our listing, can you do that?

Yes, we work exclusively with Tour Factory.com® and Hometour©360.com

I'm a builder, can you photograph a home during the different phases of construction?

Yes, our Professional Residential Photography includes all types of properties, including those under construction. You can see one of our projects here.

After photographing my listing, can you upload to the MLS® and Realtor©.com?

Yes, after you provide us with your login information, we can do that. We're also an authorized virtual tour provider for MLS® and Realtor©.com so we can upload your virtual tours too.

When you create a Virtual Tour, do you charge by the room?

No we don't charge by the room. Our policy is to provide as many room tours and still images as needed to properly market your listing. We do charge an additional hourly rate for large custom homes simply because there is more time involved, our clients understand that!
